During a few days annual leave last week, I enjoyed a morning 'treasure' hunting with a dear friend. Whilst hunting around, my friend spied a teddy bear, that she thought was very cute and that I should add to my collection. I agreed, and then spotted another very interesting character, high upon a shelf. She was hand made in a curious manner. Right up my street in fact, because I don't go for pretty. I like different, damaged, quirky bears that have a story.
Both came home and had a bath and have joined my bear 'family'. they look great together and I rapt to see how well they have integrated into the family. Soon I will write their stories, 'til then here are some snaps, including 'Bramley' being bathed.Oh yes, I called one 'Bramley' after my friend and the other 'Buttons', for obvious reasons, More to follow... Enjoy!
